Pharmacological properties:
Calcium citrate forms the basis (framework) of a number of body tissues - bones, teeth, nails, hair, muscles. Calcium plays an important role in the mineralization of teeth, is one of the main elements for the normal functioning of neurons, and is also involved in muscle contraction and blood clotting.
As a result of the active transport activity of vitamin D3, calcium is rapidly absorbed from the proximal small intestine. Vitamin D is essential for the active functioning of the immune system in the body.
Magnesium is a vital element found in all tissues of the body and is necessary for the normal functioning of cells and is involved in most metabolic reactions. It is mainly involved in regulating the transmission of nerve impulses and muscle contraction.
Vitamin K1, or folloquinone, is found mainly in plant foods. This is an important vitamin in the absorption of calcium from the intestines and its delivery to bone tissue. Vitamin K1 regulates the process of blood clotting, stops bleeding, and ensures rapid wound healing.
